Reflections of My Soul

Eyes twisted, my mind all messed up, has me wondering does anyone really give a WHAT, a lifetime being abused and mistreated in ways other than a Queen, wondering if this is what love turns out to be, while praying with an open heart that God takes this from me.

These are the “Reflections of my Soul”. From a very young age Love has always equaled pain. From being a survivor of childhood molestation and sexual abuse to being a survivor of domestic violence, I heard the words “I am doing this because I love you!” “Love me? This hurts!” So naturally when I heard I love you, that always translated to you are going to hurt me. “Never trust anyone who says I love you.” But God had other plans. He filled me with his Agape love, peace, and joy.

Reflections of My Soul will take you on a journey of tears, and laughter and have you questioning what is love.
